About — LED STAR

Eight years of brighter everyday spaces

Our Story

01 — A simple beginning

Eight years ago, LED STAR began with a small range of household LED bulbs and a simple belief — good lighting should be reliable, efficient and made for everyday life.

What started as a modest beginning has grown into a journey we are proud to share with homes, shops, workplaces, businesses and projects across Sri Lanka.

As our customers' needs grew, LED STAR grew with them. From our early household bulbs, our range gradually expanded to serve a wider variety of spaces and applications, while our purpose remained the same — to provide dependable lighting that brings together quality, efficiency, practicality and lasting value.

02 — Growing together

Along the way, we have been fortunate to build relationships with customers, retailers, dealers, contractors and businesses across the country. Their trust and support have helped shape our journey and encouraged us to keep improving.

We believe lighting has a quiet but important role in everyday life. It makes a home feel warmer, a shop more welcoming, a workplace more comfortable and the spaces around us feel safer and brighter.

Eight years on, we remain grateful to everyone who has been part of our story. As we look ahead, LED STAR will continue growing with the people and communities we serve — bringing reliable, modern lighting to more spaces across Sri Lanka.
